Recently went in to get the new iphone and Apple Watch. I was greeted by the staff with a friendly... welcome. I had the pleasure to work with Jordan. He was short handed as one of his co workers had an emergency and had to run out. The store was full of people and he offered exceptional customer service to me and all the other customers that came in. Made sure everything was perfect and they even followed up a week later to make sure everything was going great. Hands down the best place to go.read more

Dorian was mad knowledgeable and he took 2 hours out of his day to make sure I got squared away.... Love the experience.EDIT: the store had 4 pending orders on my account. Disabling everything. Worst experience I have ever had. I do not recommend this store to anyone.read more

Salesperson, Dorian, is exceptional. He took the time to help me figure out what was going on with... my iPhone 7, so I didn’t have to upgrade it. Upgrading was not a good option for us because it meant extra money every month. Customers, ask for DORIAN if you need help with your Verizon phone or account.
